Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de regenerare a electrolitilor pentru depunerea acoperirilor feroase pe baza sarurilor de Fe(II) si poate fi aplicata pentru restabilirea pieselor uzate ale masinilor si mecanismelor. Esenta procedeului include reducerea ionilor de Fe(III) pana la Fe(II) pe electrozi volumici porosi penetrabili cu grosimea stratului de 0,5…1,0 cm, cu viteza fluxului de 0,5…0,75 L/m2·s la un regim al curentului periodic pulsativ in doua etape cu densitatea curentului catodic Jk1 al primului impuls de 5…10 Ŕ/dm2 si cu timpul de polarizare tk1 de 10…20 s, iar a celui de al doilea impuls Jk2 de 25…30 Ŕ/dm2 si timpul de polarizare tk2 de 5…10 s, si raportul timpului sumar de polarizare a impulsurilor ale ambelor etape la timpul pauzei tp dintre impulsuri de (tk1+ tk2) : tp = 1 : (1…1,5). In calitate de electrozi volumici porosi penetrabili se utilizeaza materialele fibrocarbonice.
