Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA PROTEìNA HETERóLOGA". O objeto da presente invenção é prover um método de produção de uma proteína heteróloga ao fazer uma bactéria corineforme produzir e secretar, de modo eficiente extracelularmente (secreto-produção), uma proteína heteróloga industrialmente utilizável. De acordo com a presente invenção, uma construção genética é usada onde uma seq³ência de genes codificando uma proteina pretendida é ligada a montante de uma seq³ência codificando o peptídeo sinal derivado de uma bactéria corineforme, a construção de gene é introduzida em uma bactéria corineforme mutante que tem a capacidade de secretar a proteína heteróloga pelo menos 2 vezes maior do que Corynebacterium glutamicum ATCC 13869 de tipo selvagem, a bactéria corineforme mutante sendo cultivada e a proteína heteróloga liberada extracelularmente sendo recuperada.
