Abstract

"TRACIONADOR DE CORREIA PARA UM SISTEMA DE TRANSMISSãO DE FORçA". A invenção refere-se a uma tracionador de correia para um sistema de correia de transmissão de força possuindo: (a) uma carcaça de base (16) que inclui um eixo pivotante (38) que se estende a partir da mesma; (b) um braço de tração (14) montado pivotalmente no eixo pivotante (38) numa sua extremidade proximal (42), a extremidade proximal do braço de tração (14) incluindo uma superfície de esfrega (84), e a extremidade distal (20) do braço de tração adaptada para contactar uma correia de transmissão de força (12); (c) uma mola de torção (18) acoplada operativamente entre a carcaça de base (16) e o braço de tração (14), e adaptada para forçar a extremidade distal (20) do braço de tração contra a correia de transmissão de força (12); e (d) um conjunto amortecedor (76) acoplado à carcaça de base (16), o conjunto amortecedor compreendendo: (1) um corpo (80) de material de fricção que inclui uma superfície de fricção (86) adjacente a e voltada para a superfície de esfrega (84) do braço de tração (14), e (2) uma mola amortecedora (78) solidária ao corpo (80) de material de fricção (14)e que impele o corpo de material de fricção e a superfície de fricção (86) associada contra a superfície de esfrega (84) do braço de tração (14).
