Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DOBRAMENTO COM PRECISãO DE UMA FOLHA DE MATERIAL E UMA FOLHA COM FENDAS PARA ISSO". Um método para dobramento com precisão de uma folha de material (31, 41, 61, 91, 231) ao longo de uma linha de dobra (35, 45, 62 a 66, 96, 235) e a folha resultante são mostrados. Um método inclui uma etapa de formação e de extensão longitudinal de fendas (33, 43, 68, 92, 233) através da folha de material em uma relação axialmente espaçada, para a definição de almas de dobramento (37, 47, 71, 72, 106, 237), a formação de estruturas de redução de tensão, tais como aberturas aumentadas (39, 49, 69, 73) ou fendas que se estendem transversalmente (239) em cada uma das extremidades adjacentes de pares de fendas, de modo a se reduzir uma propagação de fissura através das almas de dobramento.
