Abstract

"PROCESSO E MáQUINA DE DOBRA DE FOLHAS". A presente invenção refere-se a processo de dobra de uma folha (1) de papel, de papelão de plástico, de papelão corrugado ou de matéria similar destinada a formar uma caixa dobrada, folha compreendendo uma borda longitudinal esquerda (5), uma borda longitudinal direita (6) e, da esquerda para a direita, pelo menos duas ranhuras longitudinais respectivas (2a; 2b; 2c; 2d), delimitando pelo menos dois flancos adjacentes respectivos (1a; 1b; 1c; 1d), processo compreendendo pelo menos as seguintes etapas 10 sucessivas: a) dobra a 180° do flanco (1d) em torno da ranhura longitudinal (2c) em um primeiro módulo de dobra (30) e formação de uma dobra longitudinal (2'c) ao longo da ranhura (2c); b) alinhamento da folha (1) ao longo da dobra longitudinal (2'c) em um módulo de alinhamento principal (40); c) dobra a 180° do flanco (1a) em torno da ranhura (2a) em um segundo módulo de dobra (50).
