Abstract

"ALOJAMENTO DE UM DISCO DE REAçãO E SERVOMOTOR COMPORTANDO UM ALOJAMENTO DE UM DISCO DE REAçãO". A presente invenção relaciona-se principalmente a um alojamento de recepção de um disco de reação e a um servomotor pneumático de auxílio à freagem comportando tal alojamento provido de seu disco de reação. Um servomotor pneumático de auxílio a freagem segundo a invenção é provido de meios capáveis de se opor a um avanço muito rápido do pistão pneumático durante o acionamento do freio com o risco de provocar uma reabertura não desejada do canal de comunicação entre as câmeras dianteira e traseira do servomotor de assistência. Segundo a presente invenção utiliza-se a elasticidade de um disco de reação (39) para opor-se a um avanço inicial rápido demais do pistão (11) . No exemplo preferido de materialização, o disco de reação (39) sensivelmente incompressível é recebido no alojamento (47) cujo volume interno é superior ao volume do disco (39) . A deformação do disco (39) durante uma fase inicial de freagem, deformará o disco para que ele preencha integralmente seu alojamento (47) de maneira que possa desempenhar, durante uma fase posterior de freagem, seu papel clássico de disco de reação. A aplicação do disco de reação (39) sobre o êmbolo distribuidor ou qualquer outra peça solidarizada com a haste de comando assegurando o comando das chapeletas, limita a velocidade de avanço do pistão pneumático durante o acionamento do freio e evita ou limita as reaberturas não desejadas do canal de comunicação entre as câmeras dianteira e traseira do servomotor de assistência. A presente invenção aplica-se notadamente à indústria automobilística. A presente invenção aplica-se principalmente à indústria de freios.
