Abstract

"MéTODO DE CULTIVO DE MICROORGANISMO". No cultivo de um microorganismo tendo habilidade de produção de hidratase de nitrila, permitindo que pelo menos um de uma cetose, tal como frutose, e um álcool de açúcar, tal como manitol, esteja presente, inibição de crescimento pelo íon de cobalto é prevenido, desse modo atingindo cultivo em alta concentração e com alta atividade.
