Abstract

"ARRANJO DE MANCAL AXIAL PARA COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". Compreendendo um bloco de cilindro (20) interno a uma carcaça (10) e carregando um cilindro (30) e um cubo de mancal radial (40); um eixo de manivela (50) verticalmente montado no cubo do mancal radial (40) e carregando, inferiormente, um rotor (61) de um motor elétrico (60) e, superiormente, uma face anelar de apoio (51a) e um trecho excêntrico (52). O cubo de mancal radial (40) incorpora uma extensão tubular superior (45), mancalizando correspondente extensão do eixo de manivela (50) e em torno da qual é montado um mancal axial de rolamento (90) para suportar o peso do conjunto eixo de manivela (50) e rotor (61) assim como esforços axiais originários no processo de compressão do gás refrigerante.
