Abstract

"RESFRIADOR DE ALIMENTOS". Resfriador de frutas frescas e outros produtos alimentícios perecíveis é arrefecido com um dispositivo termoelétrico e inclui um sistema de recirculação de ar frio que minimiza os comprimentos de percursos de fluxo de ar e proporciona distribuição uniforme de ar frio através de um recipiente de frutas apoiado de modo removível por cima do módulo termoelétrico. O sistema de duto de fluxo de ar de arrefecimento é formado em parte pela parede de fundo do recipiente, intensificando, desse modo, o contato direto do fluxo de ar de arrefecimento ao minimizar os comprimentos dos percursos de fluxo.
