Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA DE LIGA DE ALUMìNIO PARA MANCAIS". Na fundição contínua de uma liga de alumínio fundido para mancais, um espaço de fundição é definido entre porções opostas substancialmente paralelas de um par de correias sem-fim móveis e a liga de alumínio fundido para mancais é fornecida ao espaço de fundição para ser fundida continuamente na forma de uma chapa. Uma taxa de resfriamento <30>T durante a solidificação da liga de alumínio para mancais é controlada de forma que a taxa de resfriamento <30>T varie entre 3 e 6<198>C/s onde <30>T = ( T - 500 ) / t. T é a temperatura quando começa a fundição da liga de alumínio para mancais, e t é o tempo de resfriamento em segundos entre o início da fundição e o tempo quando a temperatura da liga de alumínio para mancais decresce para 500<198>C.
