Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA DE REVESTIMENTO, DISPERSãO AQUOSA DE PIGMENTO, SUBSTRATO E PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DA DISPERSãO". A presente invenção se refere a uma composição aquosa de revestimento que possui maior transparência e opacidade reduzida, contendo: (a) um meio veículo aquoso, (b) partículas de pigmento de óxido de ferro transparentes estabilizadas por: (c) uma mistura de dispersantes de pigmento de copolímero acrílico de: (i) um dispersante de copolímero acrílico que possui um segmento estabilizante hidrofílico e um segmento adsorvente hidrófobo que possui grupos ácidos a ele ligados; (ii) um dispersante de copolímero acrílico que possui um segmento estabilizante hidrofílico e um segmento adsorvente hidrófobo que possui grupos de fosfato a ele ligados; e (iii) um dispersante de copolímero acrílico que possui um segmento estabilizante hidrofílico e um segmento adsorvente hidrófobo que possui grupos alquilamino e, preferencialmente, grupos benzila a ele ligados; (d) um aglutinante polimérico formador de película; e (e) um agente reticulante para o aglutinante. Dispersões de pigmentos da combinação dispersante de copolímero acrílico acima e processo de formação das dispersões também são parte da presente invenção.
