Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DESCARREGADOR DE SURTOS". Pela laminação de um certo número de camadas dos elementos resistivos não-lineares (1), a camada empilhada é formada. Os terminais do eletrodo (2) compostos das porções de fixação (2a) e as porções de placa (2b) são dispostos respectivamente nas bordas superior e inferior dessa camada empilhada, de modo que os elementos internos do descarregador de surtos podem ser formados. Uma pluralidade dos elementos de sustentação de isolamento do tipo delgado e de placa (4) tendo uma rigidez e que são feitos de um plástico reforçado com fibra (FRP) é disposta, de modo que ela define uma pluralidade de aberturas (3), que se estendem para uma direção axial do descarregador de surtos em uma periferia dos elementos de óxido de zinco (1) e ela é fixada nos lados opostos dos terminais do eletrodo (2), respectivamente. Pela moldagem de uma periferia dos elementos de óxido de zinco (1) e os elementos de sustentação de isolamento (4) com uma resina de silicone tendo uma excelente propriedade de fluxo, o recipiente de resina de silicone (5) composto da porção de tambor (5a) e da porção de tampa (5b) é formado.
