Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE INVÓLUCRO PARA BATERIA DE POLÍMERO DE ÍONS DE LÍTIO". É descrita uma estrutura de invólucro para uma bateria de polímero de íons de lítio, que inclui: um alojamento de bateria incluindo uma camada inferior de polímero e uma camada superior de polímero, onde a camada inferior de polímero tem um espaço interno de tamanho pré-determinado para alojar pelo menos uma conjunto de eletrodos e um eletrólito e é provido com uma porção extendida que se estende radialmente e exteriormente a partir de uma borda superior de cada porção vertical da camada inferior de polímero; uma parte da camada superior de polímero é acoplada pivotantemente a uma parte da porção extendida da camada inferior de polímero, e as partes restantes da camada superior de polimero são seladas às partes restantes da porção extendida da camada inferior de polímero; e um membro de proteção de bateria que envolve a circunferência exterior da cobertura de bateria de sorte que a bateria contida na cobertura de bateria pode ser protegida de impactos externos, e é integralmente fixado por uma parte das porções extendidas seladas. A estrutura de invólucro pode proteger uma bateria de impactos externos enquanto minimiza o aumento de tamanho total da bateria.
