Claims (8)
- 전극조립체와 전해질을 수용하는 일정크기의 내부공간과 그 내부공간의 상부 모서리를 따라 반경방향 외측으로 뻗는 확장부분을 갖는 하부다층폴리머와, 이 하부다층폴리머의 확장부분중 일부와 회전 가능하게 연결되고 나머지 다른부분이 그 하부다층폴리머의 대응 확장부분과 마주하여 밀봉되는 상부다층폴리머로 이루어진 전지케이스와;상기 전지케이스 내의 전지를 외부의 충격으로부터 보호할 수 있도록 그 전지케이스의 외곽을 감싸고 상기 밀봉처리된 확장부분중 일부에 의해 일체로 고정되는 전지보호구를 포함하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전지보호구는 상기 전지케이스의 모서리와 마주하는 중공형프레임인 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중공형프레임의 일측에는 상기 전지케이스의 바깥면과 마주하는 적어도 하나의 크로스부재가 일정간격을 두고 형성된 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전지보호구는 상기 전지케이스의 상면과 하면중 한 면을 밀폐되게 감싸는 커버인 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전지보호구는 상기 전지케이스의 상면과 하면을 감싸는 "ㄷ"자형 보호부재인 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 "ㄷ"자형 보호부재의 양측에는 상기 전지케이스의 측면을 감싸는 수직확장부가 형성된 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전지케이스의 외부로 뻗은 두 전극단자쪽 전방향 확장부분에는 전지가 과충전되거나 과방전되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 두 전극단자와 접속되는 전지보호회로와, 이 전지보호회로를 통해 전지의 두 전극단자와 외부기기가 접속될 수 있도록 아웃렛포트가 마련된 PCB가 상기 전지보호구와 착탈 가능하게 부착되는 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전지보호구는 전지가 과충전되거나 과방전되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 전지의 두 전극단자와 접속되는 전지보호회로와, 이 전지보호회로를 통해 전지의 두 전극단자와 외부기기가 접속될 수 있도록 아웃렛포트가 마련된 PCB와 일체로 형성된 것인 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지팩 구조.
