Description
Claims (5)
- 積層配置された複数の円板状の非直線抵抗体と、これらの非直線抵抗体の両端に配置された電極と、これらの電極を連結する複数本の絶縁ロッドとを具備した内部要素と、
絶縁樹脂を注形することによって前記内部要素の外側に形成された絶縁外皮と、
を有するポリマー避雷器において、
少なくとも一部の前記非直線抵抗体の間に、前記注形時に、前記絶縁樹脂が前記積層配置された非直線抵抗体の間に侵入した場合でもその気孔内に前記樹脂を留めて前記積層配置された非直線抵抗体の通電経路を確保できるように、円板状の多孔質金属板を介在させたことを特徴とするポリマー避雷器。 - 夫々の前記多孔質金属板に、円周方向に突出する突起を設け、前記突起が前記絶縁ロッド間において前記非直線抵抗体の積層方向に沿って直線上に位置するように配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリマー避雷器。
- 前記多孔質金属板の外周部に、U字状又はV字状の溝を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポリマー避雷器。
- 前記多孔質金属板の平面部分に溝を設け、当該溝に金属製の導電板を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項記載のポリマー避雷器。
- 前記多孔質金属板のセル数が、56個/インチより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載のポリマー避雷器。
