Abstract

"ANTAGONISTA DE Y5 PARA NPY". A presente invenção proporciona uma composição farmacêutica para uso como um antagonista do receptor Y5 para NPY compreendendo um composto da fórmula (I): em que R^ 1^ é alquila inferior, cicloalquila ou similares, R~ 2~ é hidrogênio, alquila inferior ou similares, n é 1 ou 2, X é alquileno inferior, alquenileno inferior, arileno, cicloalquileno ou similares, Y é CONR^ 7^, CSNR^ 7^, NR^ 7^CO , NR^ 7^CS OU similares, Z é alquila inferior, carbociclila opcionalmente substituída, heterociclila opcionalmente substituída ou similares e R^ 7^ é hidrogênio ou alquila inferior, pró-droga, sal ou solvato farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo.
