Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "GUARNIçãO DE AJUSTE PARA O ENCOSTO DE ASSENTOS DE VEìCULOS, ESPECIALMENTE DE ASSENTOS DE AUTOMóVEIS". A guarnição de ajuste compreende um dispositivo de ajuste com o qual eventualmente a posição de inclinação do encosto pode ser ajustada e fixada ao redor de um primeiro eixo rotativo, enquanto ao redor de um segundo eixo rotativo externo disposto a uma distância do primeiro eixo rotativo o encosto pode ser basculado para frente e para trás. O encosto na sua posição basculada para trás é fixado em um assento de trava (30) disposto de modo estacionário no assento por meio de um pivó de trava (21) que engrena de modo separável no mesmo, solicitado por uma mola em direção do bloqueio, fixada de modo axialmente deslocável em uma tala girável (17) que bascula junto, e apoiado com um assento de esbarro (20) disposto de modo estacionário em um pino de esbarro (25). Para poder obter uma posição de travamento livre de folga e de chocalho, o pivó de trava (21) axialmente deslocável possui um segmento de guia (28) e um segmento de bloqueio (29), e no seu segmento de guia (28), além da sua guia axial também passa por um movimento de rotação controlado, em virtude do que uma curva de apoio radialmente alterável no segmento de bloqueio (29) pode ser apoiada em uma superfície de apoio do assento de trava (30) com eliminação da folga.
