Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "FABRICAçãO DE PAPEL E PAPELãO". A invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de papel ou papelão que compreende formar uma suspensão celulósica, flocular a suspensão, drenar a suspensão em uma tela para formar uma folha e secar a folha, caracterizado pelo fato de que a suspensão é floculada usando um sistema de floculação compreendendo um material silicioso e um polímero solúvel em água ramificado aniónico que foi formado de monómero ou mistura de monómero aniónico etilenicamente insaturado solúvel em água e agente de ramificação e em que o polímero tem : (a) viscosidade intrínseca acima de 1,5 dI/g e/ou viscosidade de brookfield de solução salina de acima de cerca de 2,0 mPa.s e (b) valor de oscilação reológica de deita de curtimento a 0,005 Hz de acima de 0,7 e/ou (c) número de viscosidade de SLV deionizada que é pelo menos três vezes o número de viscosidade de SLV salgada do polímero não ramificado correspondente feito na ausência de agente de ramificação.
