Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHAGEM PARA FABRICAR PAPEL E CARTONAGEM, PRODUTO OBTIDO E MéTODO PARA FLOCULAR MATERIAIS PRESENTES EM UMA DISPERSãO". é descrito um método para fabricar papel ou cartonagem. De acordo com um dos métodos, um sol de alumina aquoso ácido é introduzido em uma polpa para fabricação de papel para formar uma polpa tratada tendo propriedades de retenção melhoradas. O sol de alumina aquoso ácido preferivelmente tem um pH de cerca de 3 a cerca de 6. O sol preferivelmente contém partículas secundárias alongadas que são alongadas de cerca de 50 nm até cerca de 300 nm em apenas um plano e são formadas por coagulação borda-a-borda de partículas primárias em forma de placas retangulares tendo um comprimento de um lado de cerca de 10 nm a cerca de 30 nm quando observadas através de um microscópio eletrónico. A polpa também ser tratada com pelo menos um coagulante, pelo menos um floculante, pelo menos uma carga, pelo menos um amido catiónico, pelo menos uma enzima celulítica, e pelo menos um biocida, e/ou outros aditivos convencionais de polpa para fabricação de papel. A polpa resultante é transformada em uma folha de polpa e é então drenada para formar um papel ou cartonagem.
