Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "MANUFATURA DE PAPEL E PAPELãO". Processo de produção de papel ou papelão compreendendo a formação de uma suspensão celulósica, floculação da suspensão, drenagem da suspensão em uma tela para formar uma folha e depois secagem da folha, caracterizado pelo fato de que a suspensão é floculada usando um sistema de floculação que compreende uma argila expansível e um polímero ramificado aniónico solúvel em água, que foi formado de um monómero ou mistura de monómeros etilenicamente insaturados solúveis em água e de agente de ramificação, em que o polímero tem: (a) uma viscosidade intrínseca acima de 1,5 dI/g e/ou uma viscosidade Brookfield salina acima de cerca de 2,0 mPa.s; e (b) um valor de oscilação reológica de tan delta a 0,005 Hz acima de 0,7; e/ou (c) um número de viscosidade SLV deionizada, que é pelo menos três vezes o número de viscosidade SLV salgada do polímero não ramificado correspondente produzido na ausência de agente de ramificação.
