Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE ZEOLITA E EQUIPAMENTO DE FABRICAçãO DE ZEOLITA". Toma-se como matéria-prima a cinza de incineração ou o composto contendo o aluminossilicato. Adiciona-se a solução aquosa alcalina a esta matéria-prima a partir do reservatório de álcali (3), umedecendo-a mistura-se e amassa-se a mistura com a amassadeira mecânica (4), desloca-se continuamente a massa (19), que adquiriu forma de pasta fluida ou lodo, e irradia-se diretamente sobre a massa (19) as ondas eletromagnéticas com freq³ência de 300MHz a 30GHz com a parte de irradiação de ondas eletromagnéticas, zeolitizando-se assim a massa. A zeolita gerada é purificada na lavadora (7) e secada na secadora giratória a vapor (9). Este método de fabricação permite fabricar a zeolita artificial com menor quantidade de álcali utilizado e emitido, menor consumo de energia e menos tempo que pelo método tradicional.
