Description
そこで本発明は、反応効率を高めつつ、装置の簡略化ならびに小型化を図ることができ、エネルギコストも低減することが可能な重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置を提供することを目的とする。
混練管20内に噴射ノズル21から溶出液が高圧流体として噴射されることにより、噴射ノズル21の下流側に負圧領域が発生する。この負圧領域の発生により、貯留槽13に貯留された組成物が吸引口23から混練管20内に吸引される。

Claims (6)
- 酸またはアルカリ溶液を高圧流体として反応管内に噴射して負圧を形成する負圧形成手段と、
前記負圧形成手段により形成された負圧により貯留槽から前記反応管内に吸引された重金属を含む組成物と前記高圧流体との混練物を加温する加温手段と、
前記加温された混練物に対して電磁波を照射する電磁波照射手段と、を備え、
前記加温手段ならびに前記電磁波照射手段は、前記反応管の、前記負圧形成手段よりも下流側に順次設けられていることを特徴とする重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。 - 前記負圧形成手段は、前記反応管よりも口径が小さく、前記酸またはアルカリ溶液を高圧流体として前記反応管内に噴射する噴射ノズルと、前記反応管に設けられ、前記噴射ノズルから噴射された前記高圧流体にフッ化ガスを注入する注入手段と、を備えるものである請求項1記載の重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。
- 前記電磁波照射手段により電磁波が照射された混練物に付着する未反応物を、酸またはアルカリ溶液により溶出する溶出手段を備えた請求項1または2に記載の重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。
- 前記電磁波照射手段により電磁波が照射された混練物を固液分離する固液分離手段を備えた請求項1から3のいずれかの項に記載の重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。
- 前記電磁波照射手段により電磁波が照射された混練物を固液分離する固液分離手段と、
前記反応管よりも口径が小さく、前記酸またはアルカリ溶液を高圧流体として前記反応管内に噴射する噴射ノズルと、前記反応管に設けられ、前記噴射ノズルから噴射された前記高圧流体にフッ化ガスを注入する注入手段とを前記負圧形成手段として備えたときの前記噴射ノズル、または前記電磁波照射手段により電磁波が照射された混練物に付着する未反応物を酸またはアルカリ溶液により溶出する溶出手段へと、前記固液分離手段で分離された液体成分を回収して供給する供給手段と、
を備えた請求項1に記載の重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。 - 前記加温手段は、面状発熱体である請求項1から5のいずれかの項に記載の重金属を含む組成物の無害化装置。
