Abstract
"AMBIENTE DE ESCOAMENTO DE AR LIMPO AJUSTáVEL". Recintos fechados tendo ambientes de escoamento de gás limpo ajustáveis e processos de tecnologia de distribuição diferencial de pressão em recintos fechados. Especificamente, recintos fechados de escoamento de gás limpo, que fornecem o isolamento de materiais de contaminação por microparticulados aerotransportados. Uma concretização da invenção utiliza um ambiente de escoamento de gás limpo, selecionável, modular, de tamanho pequeno, para o manejo e o isolamento de materiais. O ambiente pode ser um ambiente de classe de sala limpa por fornecimento de gás filtrado a partir de um gerador de gás (12) através de um filtro de gás (13) para um espaço de escoamento de gás filtrado (20). Uma concretização da invenção fornece uma primeira câmara de repartição de ar (23) e uma segunda câmara de repartição de ar (26), de modo que tanto o escoamento de gás filtrado horizontal quanto o escoamento de gás filtrado vertical podem ser usados separadamente ou em combinação dentro do mesmo espaço de escoamento de gás filtrado (20).
