Abstract
"AMPLIFICADOR, E, TELEFONE MóVEL". é proposto um amplificador de potência para aplicações tendo uma baixa voltagem de abastecimento de um só ponto e uma alta potência de saída requerida. O amplificador inclui um FET (10) com sua porta acoplada a uma entrada (Pin) e seu dreno acoplado a uma saída (pin) através de um estágio de correspondência de impedância (60, 70). O portão de transistor é polarizado por uma impedância (30) e um elemento de polarização de fonte (90, 91) derivado por um capacitor de desvio (80, 81) acopla a fonte à terra. Um terminal comum (A) é proporcionado entre a fonte de transistor e o estágio de conjugação de impedância e é conectado à terra através do elemento de polarização de fonte. Isso tem o efeito de levantar a impedância na fonte percebida pelo capacitor de desvio. As correntes de pico que passam através do elemento de capacitor de desvio podem assim, ser consideravelmente reduzidas, especificamente até um nível que permite que o capacitor seja de um tamanho mais gerenciável e seja implementado em chip.
