Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA MONONITRILA INSATURADA SELECIONADA DO GRUPO CONSISTINDO EM ACRILONITRILA E METACRILONITRILA". O processo de fabricação de uma mononitrila insaturada selecionada do grupo consistindo em acrilonitrila e metacrilonitrila compreendendo o transporte de um efluente de reator contendo a mononitrila insaturada para uma primeira coluna onde o efluente do reator é resfriado com pelo menos uma corrente aquosa, o transporte do efluente resfriado contendo a mononitrila insaturada para uma segunda coluna onde o efluente resfriado é colocado em contato com pelo menos uma segunda corrente aquosa para absorver a mononitrila insaturada em pelo menos uma segunda corrente aquosa, o transporte da segunda corrente aquosa contendo a mononitrila insaturada da segunda coluna para uma primeira coluna de destilação para a separação da mononitrila bruta insaturada da segunda corrente aquosa, e o transporte da mononitrila bruta insaturada separada para uma segunda coluna de destilação para remover pelo menos algumas impurezas da mononitrila bruta, e o transporte da mononitrila insaturada bruta parcialmente purificada para uma terceira coluna de destilação (coluna de produto) para purificar ainda mais a mononitrila insaturada bruta, a recuperação da mononitrila insaturada purificada como uma corrente lateral da coluna de produto, a introdução de cerca de 100 a cerca de 2000 ppm de água consistindo em vapor e água destilada na corrente de fundo obtida da coluna de produto e o reciclo de pelo menos parte da corrente de fundo do produto obtido da coluna de produto para a porção de fundo da coluna de produto. Em outro aspecto da invenção presente, o vapor e a água destilada são adicionados diretamente na coluna de produto.
