Abstract

"MANCAL DE DESLIZE". Um mancal de deslize para os pinos de cilindros de laminadores tendo uma bucha de mancal (1) de metal e uma liga para mancal de deslize (2) aplicada à base de estanho, contendo antimónio e cobre, deve ser de tal modo aperfeiçoado que resulte em uma excelente estabilidade de forma decorrente de uma tendência mínima a escoamento e de uma grande resistência a compressão, de modo que resultem em tempos longos de utilização de mancais. Para tal é proposto que a liga para mancal de deslize consista em 6,8 a 7,2% em peso de antimónio, 6,3 a 6,7% em peso de cobre, 0,5 a 0,7% em peso de zinco, 0,05 a 0,15% em peso de prata, sendo o resto constituído por estanho.
