Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL DE SOJA, MATERIAL DE SOJA, óLEO, AGENTE PARA REDUZIR COLESTEROL EM UM CORPO, E, ALIMENTO". A partir de um material de embrião de soja, são extraídos gordura/óleo e utilizados em uma escala industrial. Um processo para produzir um material de soja, que compreende a moagem em bruto de grãos de soja estritamente selecionados para, deste modo, reduzir o grão de soja a menos que 1/2, e então separar e concentrar a fração de embrião de soja por combinação de peneiramento, separação por corrente de ar, separação por forma de grão, etc; e o material de soja assim obtido. Gordura/óleo obtido a partir deste material de soja contendo a fração de embrião de soja como o componente principal; gordura/óleo de soja contendo 0,8%, em peso, ou mais de esterol; agentes de redução de colesterol contendo esta gordura/óleo como o componente principal; e alimentos contendo esta gordura/óleo.
