Abstract
"CLASSIFICADOR A AR DINáMICO E MéTODO DE SEPARAçãO". A presente invenção se relaciona a um classificador a ar dinâmico que é usado para separar materiais em pó e granulados em frações de tamanhos de grão compreendendo uma gaiola giratória (1). O separador da presente invenção também compreende uma câmara de recuperação de materiais finos (2) com uma base de saída, que se destina a recuperar materiais finos equipada uma base de coleta. A acima mencionada câmara de recuperação é definida por uma gaiola giratória (5) e sendo disposta coaxialmente à extensão da acima mencionada gaiola giratória (1), de modo que possa usar o vórtex criado pela citada gaiola giratória (1) para turbilhonar o material. Ademais, a câmara de recuperação (2) compreende aberturas no envoltório (5) para permitir a passagem de material centrifugado em direção a dutos, que são usados para coletar material localizado fora da câmara.
