Claims (7)

  1. 클로렐라 조체의 열수 추출액의 농축엑기스에 포접재를 가하여 포접 연합하고 건조하여 얻어지는 엑기스말 원료와 균이류의 열수추출액의 농축엑기스에 포접재를 가하여 포접 연합하고 건조하여 얻어지는 엑기스말 원료와 강장약용식물 및 클로렐라 조체를 비타민 E유의 존재하에서 짓이겨 혼합하여 얻어지는 슬러리상 원료와를 필요에 따라 레시틴 등을 첨가한 식용 유지와 균질로 교반 혼함함으로서 제조되는 유상현탁액을 연질캡슐에 충진 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클로렐라 함유 유지식품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포접재로서 사이클로 덱스트린을 사용하는것.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 균이류로서 구름버섯, 몽키스체어버섯, 표고버섯중의 적어도 일종을 사용하는것.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강장약용식물로서 마늘, 고려인삼, 알로에, 매화, 누룩, 율무중에서 적어도 일종을 사용하는 것.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 연합을 가온 감압하에서 행하는 것.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 식용유지로서 땅콩기름, 참기름, 소맥배아유, 체종유, 대두유, 야자유, 새플라워유, 월견초유, 밀랍중의 적어도 일종을 사용하는것.
  7. 클로렐라 조체의 열수 추출액의 농축엑기스에 포접재를 가하여 포접연합하고 건조하여서 얻어지는 엑기스말원료와 균이류의 열수 추출액의 농축엑기스에 포접재를 가하여 포접연합하고 건조하여서 얻어지는 엑기스말 원료와 강장약용식물 및 클로렐라 조체를 비타민 E유의 존재하에서 짓이겨 혼합하여서 얻어지는 슬러리상 원료와를 필요에 따라 레시틴 등을 첨가한 식용유지와 균질로 교반 혼합함으로서 제조되는 유상현탁액을 연질캡슐에 충진봉입하므로서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 클로렐라 함유 유지 식품.
