Abstract
"SENSOR DE PRESSãO". Um sensor de pressão compreende um diafragma sensor (12) que em uma de suas superfícies pode sofrer ação da pressão do fluido a fim de ser deformado. O diafragma sensor (12) é suportado de forma rígida em sua superfície oposta. O mesmo é feito de um material elastomérico de um material eletricamente não condutor no qual partículas finas de material eletricamente condutor são embutidas homogeneamente e distribuídas homogeneamente em tal densidade que uma compressão do diafragma sensor (12) causada pela pressão do fluido resulte em uma mudança mensurável em sua resistividade elétrica.
