Abstract
Sensor de presión con una membrana sensora (12), que puede ser impulsada sobre una de sus superficies a través de la presión del medio a determinada, caracterizado porque la membrana sensora (12) está apoyada rígidamente sobre su superficie opuesta y porque la membrana sensora (12) está constituida de un material elastómero, en cuya masa no conductora eléctrica están incrustadas partículas finas de material conductor eléctrico, distribuidas de forma homogénea, en un espesor tal que una compresión de la membrana sensora (12) realizada por la presión del medio conduce a una modificación medible de su resistencia eléctrica superficial.
