Abstract

"PROCESSO EM REATOR DE ESTáGIOS" Processo para a misturação in situ de polímero, compreendendo a contactação de etileno e um ou mais comonómeros em dois ou mais reatores de leito fluidizado conectados em série, sob condições de polimerização, com um sistema catalisador que compreende (i) um precursor à base de magnésio/titânio em suporte ou sem suporte, contendo um doador de elétrons, e (ii) um co-catalisador de hidrocarbil alumínio, em uma quantidade suficiente para completar a ativação do precursor, caracterizado por compreender: (A) o aumento ou a diminuição da razão de fusão fluência e/ou do peso molecular da mistura respectivamente por diminuição ou aumento da razão molar de um composto ativador de precursor para o doador de elétrons; ou (B) aumento ou diminuição da densidade absoluta da mistura respectivamente por aumento ou diminuição da razão molar de um composto ativador de precursor para o doador de elétrons, sob as seguintes condições: (I) a razão molar do composto ativador de precursor para o doador de elétrons esteja na faixa de cera de 0,1:1 a cerca de 1:1; (II) o composto ativador de precursor possa ser um composto ou uma mistura seq³encial de dois compostos diferentes; (III) cada composto ativador de precursor tenha a fórmula M (R~ n~) X~ (3-n)~, em que M é Al ou B; cada X é independentemente cloro, bromo ou iodo; cada R é independentemente um radical hidrocarboneto alifático saturado com 1 a 14 átomos de carbono, contanto que, quando M é Al, n seja de 1 a 3, e, quando M é B, n seja de 0 a 1,5; (IV) a ativação do precursor seja realizada antes da introdução do precursor nos reatores; e (V) a ativação na condição (IV) seja parcial.
