Abstract
Ламинатът и методът за производството му се използват при изготвяне на носещи равнинни елементи, закоито се изисква висока якост на разрушаване, по-специално в корабостроенето. Чрез тях се увеличаваносимоспособността на елементите при намалено тегло и опростена конструкция. Ламинатът включва два външни метални слоя, например от стомана, и междинен слой от еластомер, например непорест полиуретан, разположен между външните слоеве и залепен към тях. Еластомерът има модул на еластичност Е, по-голям или равен на 250 МРа, и якост на опън и на натиск поне 20 МРа. Якостта на връзката между метала и еластомера е поне 3 МРа. При натоварване елементът, изготвен от съставния ламинат, действа като единен елемент. По метода след разполагане и свързване на двата външни слоя на разстояние един от другпространството между тях се запълва с невтвърдения еластомер, който след втвърдяването си се залепва към външните слоеве.
