Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'une résine urée-formaldéhyde présentant un rapport très faible de formaldéhyde à l'urée, suivant lequel de l'urée et du formaldéhyde sont mélangés dans un rapport molaire d'environ 1:2 et condensés entre 80 et 85 degrés C à un pH de 7,0 à 7,4, la condensation étant poursuivie avec abaissement du pH puis modification du rapport molaire U : F, élévation du pH, ajustement final du rapport molaire U:F et ajustement final du pH. Cette résine convient spécialement pour les contre-plaqués et panneaux de particules.
