Abstract

Procédé de préparation de plasmides vecteurs de résistance à l'arsenic, caractérisé par le clivage d'un plasmide d'ADN cryptique à partir d'une souche de T. ferrooxidans et d'un second plasmide à l'aide de la meme enzyme de restriction, par la liaison des plasmides, par l'élimination de l'origine de réplication de E. coli à partir du plasmide de recombinaison et par l'insertion de gènes de résistance à l'arsenic provenant du clivage d'un troisième plasmide.
