Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un plasmide vecteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend l'extraction d'un plasmide d'ADN cryptique à partir d'une souche de T. ferrooxidans, le clivage du plasmide de T.ferrooxidans et d'un second plasmide qui contient un gène de résistance au chloramphénicol à l'aide de la meme enzyme de restriction, et la liaison des plasmides pour former un plasmide de recombinaison.
