Claims (1)

  1. oder a-HydroxyalkylrestPATENTANSPRUCH : Verfahren zur Herstellung von narkotisch wirkenden Injektionspräparaten, bestehend aus stabilen und hitzesterilisierbaren Emulsionen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 2-10% einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel EMI3.1 EMI3.2 cithinpräparates in 96-80% Wasser emulgiert werden, wobei ein Teil des Soja-Leeithinpräparates durch einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an partiellen Glyceriden höherer Fettsäuren und/oder deren Polyoxyäthylenderivaten ersetzt sein kann sowie gegebenenfalls Glukose zur Erzielung der Blut-Isotonie zugefügt wird.
