Abstract

La presente proporciona un método para la preparación de compuestos intermedios de azoxistrobina, que comprenden la reacción del compuesto de fórmula (A) y dicloropirimidina en presencia de un catalizador de trimetilamina con la adición de una solución de metóxido de sodio en metanol o la adición de metóxido de sodio y metanol por separado para producir una mezcla del compuesto de fórmula (B) y el compuesto de fórmula (C). El compuesto intermedio de fórmula (B) de azoxistrobina y el compuesto de fórmula (C) se sintetizan a partir del compuesto de fórmula (A) en la presente, que se cataliza por el uso de un catalizador de trimetilamina, para permitir que la reacción tenga alta eficiencia y alto rendimiento. Además, el catalizador de trimetilamina tiene un bajo punto de ebullición y por lo tanto se puede reciclar con facilidad de manera tal que se pueda reducir el contenido de nitrógeno amoniacal en aguas residuales, y las dificultades y altos costos para el procesamiento de aguas residuales también se puedan reducir. El catalizador de trimetilamina reciclado se puede reutilizar en la preparación de compuesto intermedio de fórmula (B), que también tiene un alto efecto catalítico y también puede lograr un alto rendimiento de producto. El método de la presente tiene ventajas significativas de costo y sintéticas, y es adecuado para la producción industrial. Reivindicación 1: Un método de preparación para compuestos intermedios de azoxistrobina, caracterizado porque el método de preparación comprende la reacción del compuesto de fórmula (A) y dicloropirimidina en presencia de un catalizador de trimetilamina con la adición de una solución de metóxido de sodio en metanol o la adición de metóxido de sodio y metanol por separado para producir una mezcla del compuesto intermedio de fórmula (B) de azoxistrobina y el compuesto de fórmula (C), con una ecuación de reacción de acuerdo con lo presentado en el Esquema (1).
