Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas que incluye: (a) una primera fase suspendida de múltiples microcápsulas que tienen un tamaño de partícula promedio en volumen de alrededor de 1 a alrededor de 10 mm, donde las microcápsulas incluyen: (1) una pared de microcápsulas producida por reacción de policondensación interfacial entre un isocianato polimérico y una poliamina para formar una cubierta de poliurea; (2) al menos un compuesto inhibidor de la nitrificación orgánico encapsulado en la cubierta de poliurea; (b) una segunda fase suspendida de múltiples microcápsulas que tienen un tamaño de partícula promedio en volumen de alrededor de 1 a alrededor de 10 mm, donde las microcápsulas incluyen: (1) una pared de microcápsulas producida por reacción de policondensación interfacial entre un isocianato polimérico y una poliamina para formar una segunda cubierta de poliurea; (2) al menos un aditivo inhibidor de cristales hidrofóbico encapsulado en la segunda cubierta de poliurea; y (c) una fase acuosa. Reivindicación 2: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde la fase acuosa incluye además al menos un ingrediente adicional que se selecciona del grupo que consiste; en: dispersantes, emulsionantes, auxiliares de reología, agentes antiespumantes, biocidas, agentes anticongelantes y mezclas de estos. Reivindicación 3: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde el compuesto inhibidor de la nitrificación orgánico incluye 2-cloro-6-(triclorometil)piridina. Reivindicación 4: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, donde la formulación incluye además un ingrediente activo agrícola que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: artropodicidas, bactericidas, fungicidas, herbicidas, insecticidas, miticidas, nematicidas, fertilizantes, diciandiamida, inhibidores de ureasa y mezclas pesticidas de estos. Reivindicación 6: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que incluye además al menos un compuesto ultra-hidrófobo polimérico. Reivindicación 7: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 6, donde el compuesto ultra-hidrófobo polimérico incluye polibuteno. Reivindicación 9: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 y 8, donde el aditivo inhibidor de cristales hidrofóbico es al menos un compuesto que se selecciona del grupo que incluye solventes aromáticos y 2,2,4-trimetil-1,3-pentanodiol monoisobutirato. Reivindicación 12: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 11, donde el emulsionante es un tensioactivo polimérico no iónico que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: polivinil alcoholes. Reivindicación 13: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, donde el dispersante es un tensioactivo polimérico acrílico de estireno modificado. Reivindicación 14: La formulación de suspensión de microcápsulas de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que incluye además de alrededor de 0 por ciento en peso a alrededor de 5 por ciento en peso de un aditivo inhibidor de cristales hidrofóbico no microencapsulado.
