Description

Claims (14)
- (a)約1~約10ミクロンの体積中央粒径を有する複数のマイクロカプセルの第1の懸濁相であって、前記マイクロカプセルが、
(1)高分子イソシアネートとポリアミンとの間で界面重縮合反応させて、ポリ尿素シェルを形成することによって生成されたマイクロカプセル壁、および
(2)前記ポリ尿素シェル内にカプセル化された少なくとも1つの有機硝化抑制化合物として、2-クロロ-6-(トリクロロメチル)ピリジン
を含む、第1の懸濁相と、
(b)約1~約10ミクロンの体積中央粒径を有する複数のマイクロカプセルの第2の懸濁相であって、前記マイクロカプセルが、
(1)高分子イソシアネートとポリアミンとの間で界面重縮合反応させて、第2のポリ尿素シェルを形成することによって生成されたマイクロカプセル壁、および
(2)前記第2のポリ尿素シェル内にカプセル化された少なくとも1つの疎水性結晶抑制剤添加物
を含み、有機硝化抑制化合物を含まない、第2の懸濁相と、
(c)水性相と
を含むマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。 - 前記水性相が、分散剤、乳化剤、レオロジー助剤、消泡剤、殺生物剤、不凍剤、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの追加成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 殺節足動物剤、殺細菌剤、殺真菌剤、除草剤、殺虫剤、殺ダニ剤、殺線虫剤、肥料、ジシアンジアミド、ウレアーゼ阻害剤、およびそれらの殺有害生物剤混合物からなる群から選択される農業活性成分をさらに含む、請求項1又は2に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物 。
- 約15重量パーセント~約40重量パーセントの2-クロロ-6-(トリクロロメチル )ピリジンを含む、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 少なくとも1つの高分子超疎水性化合物をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記高分子超疎水性化合物がポリブテンを含む、請求項5に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 約1.0重量パーセント~約10.0重量パーセントの疎水性結晶抑制剤添加物を含む 、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記疎水性結晶抑制剤添加物が、芳香族溶媒および2,2,4-トリメチル-1,3-ペンタンジオールモノイソブチレートを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物である、請求項1または7に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記芳香族溶媒が、軽質芳香族、ナフタレンがほとんどない軽質芳香族、重質芳香族、および/またはナフタレンがほとんどない重質芳香族を含む、請求項8に記載のマイクロ カプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記水性相が、約1.0重量パーセント~約10重量パーセントの前記乳化剤を含む、請求項2に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記乳化剤が、ポリビニルアルコールからなる群から選択される非イオン性ポリマー界面活性剤である、請求項10に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 前記分散剤が、変性スチレンアクリルポリマー界面活性剤である、請求項2に記載のマ イクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 約0重量パーセント~約5重量パーセントの非マイクロカプセル化疎水性結晶抑制剤添 加物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のマイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
- 約40重量パーセント~約70重量パーセントの前記水性相を含む、請求項1に記載の マイクロカプセル懸濁液配合物。
