Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona procedimientos que permiten obtener cepas de levadura capaces de metabolizar arabinosa, así como cepas mejoradas, eficaces en su capacidad para fermentar arabinosa pero también xilosa y glucosa, incluso en presencia de inhibidores, tales como ácido acético.
