Abstract
Se proporciona un medio para convertir compuestos que tienen actividad fisiológica o farmacológica, ya que son incapaces de pasar a través de la barrera hematoencefálica, en una forma en la cual pueden pasar a través de la barrera hematoencefálica, y compuestos convertidos por dicho método. Un anticuerpo de receptor antitransferrina humana, donde en la región variable de cadena pesada del anticuerpo, (a) CDR1 comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta como SEQ ID Nº 62 o SEQ ID Nº 63, (b) CDR2 comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta como SEQ ID Nº 13 o SEQ ID Nº 14, y (c) CDR3 comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos expuesta como SEQ ID Nº 15 o SEQ ID Nº 16, y uno de sus análogos.
