Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto caracterizado por la fórmula (1), en donde X es CH o N; R¹ se selecciona del grupo que consiste en CH₃, -CH₂OH y Cl; R² se selecciona, independientemente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en H, F, Cl, Br, I, CN, C₁₋₆-alquilo, C₃₋₇-cicloalquilo, OH, -O-(C₁₋₆-alquilo), -O-(C₃₋₇-cicloalquilo), -O-(C₁₋₃-alquil)-(C₃₋₇-cicloalquilo), -O-heterociclilo, -O-(C₁₋₃-alquil)-heterociclilo, -O-arilo, -O-heteroarilo, -S-(C₁₋₃-alquilo), -SO-(C₁₋₃-alquilo), -SO₂-(C₁₋₃-alquilo), -NH₂, -NH-(C₁₋₆-alquilo), -NH-(C₃₋₆-cicloalquilo), -NH-(C₁₋₃-alquil)-heterociclilo, -NH-(C₁₋₆-alquil)-C(=O)-NH₂, -C(=O)-NH₂, -C(=O)-NH-(C₁₋₃-alquilo), -C(=O)-N(C₁₋₃-alquilo)₂, -C(=O)OH, -C(=O)-O-(C₁₋₄-alquilo), -C(=O)-(C₁₋₄-alquilo), -C₁₋₃-alquil-C(=O)-O-(C₁₋₄-alquilo), heterociclilo, heteroarilo y 5,6-dihidro-4H-pirrolo[1,2-b]pirazol-3-ilo, en donde cada grupo alquilo o cicloalquilo, de manera opcional, se sustituye independientemente con uno o más sustituyentes seleccionados del grupo que consiste en F, CN y OH, y en donde cada grupo heterociclilo se selecciona de un grupo cicloalquilo mono- o espirocíclico de 4 - 7 miembros, en donde 1, 2 ó 3 grupos CH₂ se reemplazan, independientemente entre sí, por O, S, NH o C=O, y en donde cada grupo heterociclilo se sustituye opcionalmente con 1 ó 2 sustituyentes seleccionados, independientemente entre sí, de F, OH y C₁₋₃-alquilo, en donde cada grupo arilo se selecciona de un grupo que consiste en fenilo y naftilo, y en donde cada grupo heteroarilo se selecciona de un ciclo aromático de 5 miembros que contiene 1 ó 2 heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente de N, O y S, o de un ciclo aromático de 6 miembros que contiene 1 ó 2 N, y en donde cada grupo arilo o heteroarilo se sustituye opcionalmente con 1 ó 2 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente de un grupo que consiste en F, CN y C₁₋₃-alquilo, que se sustituye opcionalmente con uno o más F; o, si dos grupos R² están unidos a átomos de C adyacentes del grupo piridina o pirimidina, se pueden unir y juntos formar un puente -O-CH₂-O-, -O-CH₂-CH₂-O- o -O-CH₂-CH₂-CH₂-O-, en donde 1 ó 2 átomos de H se pueden reemplazar por F o C₁₋₃-alquilo; y n es 1, 2 ó 3; en donde cada uno de los grupos alquilo mencionados anteriormente se puede sustituir con uno o más F; o una sal de estos.
