Abstract
Durante el arranque de una epoxidación continua de propeno con peróxido de hidrógeno en un disolvente metanol con un catalizador de silicalita de titanio con forma en un reactor de manojo de tubos con una camisa de refrigeración, el medio de refrigeración se alimenta a una tasa para la carga completa del reactor con una temperatura de entrada constante de desde 20ºC hasta 50ºC, el disolvente metanol se alimenta a una tasa de desde 50 hasta 100% para la carga completa del reactor, el peróxido de hidrógeno se alimenta a una tasa que comienza con no más del 10% de la tasa para la carga completa y se aumenta de manera continua o en etapas para mantener una temperatura máxima en el lecho fijo y la temperatura de entrada del medio de refrigeración de desde 20 hasta 100% de la tasa para la carga completa, lo que aumenta la tasa de alimentación cuando la relación molar de propeno a hidrógeno alcanza la relación molar para la carga completa.
