Abstract
Se provee una formulación enzimática líquida, una formulación enzimática granulada, métodos para fabricar gránulos enzimáticos utilizando una secadora de lecho fluido, donde los gránulos enzimáticos son termoestables sin la necesidad de un recubrimiento termoestable.
