Abstract

Se provee una formulación enzimática líquida, una formulación enzimática granulada, métodos para fabricar gránulos enzimáticos utilizando una secadora de lecho fluido, donde los gránulos enzimáticos son termoestables sin la necesidad de un recubrimiento termoestable. Los gránulos enzimáticos son gránulos de fitasa utilizados en la fabricación de un alimento para animales, donde el gránulo de fitasa es termoestable sin la necesidad de un recubrimiento termoestable y la fitasa mantiene aproximadamente entre aproximadamente un 63% y aproximadamente un 134% de su actividad después del granulado a 80ºC.
