詳細な説明
本明細書で使用される「酵素」は、動物飼料用の添加物として使用することができる任意の酵素を表す。たとえば、本発明に有用な酵素は、フィターゼ、ラクターゼ、リパーゼ、プロテアーゼ、カタラーゼ、キシラナーゼ、セルラーゼ、グルカナーゼ、マンナーゼ、アミラーゼ、アミダーゼ、エポキシドヒドロラーゼ、エステラーゼ、ホスホリパーゼ、トランスアミナーゼ、アミンオキシダーゼ、セロビオヒドロラーゼ、アンモニアリアーゼ、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせ、などであるがそれらに限定されない。
(実施例)
製剤1 - 10%塩化ナトリウムおよび10%ソルビトールを含有する液体濃縮フィターゼ製剤を凍結乾燥により乾燥した。乾燥させた酵素粉末を、その後、炭酸カルシウムおよび籾殻と混合して薄め、籾殻酵素製品を形成した。

- 安定化剤の濃度が約5%から約30%の間である、請求項1に記載の液体酵素製剤。
- 抗菌剤が、少なくとも2つの抗菌剤の組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の液体酵素製剤。
- (a)担体;
(b)フィターゼ、バッファー、安定化剤、結合剤、第1の可塑剤、抗菌剤、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含んでなる、一次溶液;ならびに
(c)増強剤、第2の可塑剤、またはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含んでなる、二次溶液:
を含んでなる、顆粒酵素製剤。 - 担体が、
(a)穀粉;
(b)小麦粉;
(c)漂白小麦粉;
(d)小麦粉およびマルトデキストリン;
(e)小麦粉およびアルファ化デンプン;ならびに
(f)デンプン:
からなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。 - バッファーがクエン酸ナトリウムである、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 安定化剤が、スクロース、ソルビトール、マンニトール、グリセロール、トレハロース、塩化ナトリウム、硫酸ナトリウム、カオリン、ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、
およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。 - 結合剤が、グアーガム、キサンタン、アルギン酸ナトリウム、ローカストビーンガム、カラギーナンガム、アルファ化加工デンプン、マルトデキストリン、ゼラチン、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 第1の可塑剤が、グリセロール、ポリエチレングリコール、クエン酸トリエチル、トリアセチン、およびクエン酸アセチルトリエチルからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 抗菌剤が、ソルビン酸カリウム、ソルビン酸ナトリウム、安息香酸ナトリウム、プロピオン酸ナトリウム、プロピオン酸カルシウム、プロピオン酸アンモニウム、メチルパラベン、安息香酸、ソルビン酸、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 増強剤が、アルファ化加工デンプン、マルトデキストリン、アルギン酸ナトリウム、CaCl2添加カラギーナン、CaCl2無添加カラギーナン、ホウ酸ナトリウム添加グアーガム、ホウ酸ナトリウム無添加グアーガム、ゼラチン;メチルセルロース;ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース;ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース;カルボキシメチルセルロース;塩化ナトリウム;硫酸ナトリウム;カオリン;ケイ酸アルミニウム、ケイ酸マグネシウム、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 第2の可塑剤が、グリセロール、ポリエチレングリコール、クエン酸トリエチル、トリアセチン、およびクエン酸アセチルトリエチルからなる一群から選択される、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤。
- 流動性補助剤をさらに追加して含んでなる、請求項6に記載の顆粒酵素製剤であって、その流動性補助剤が、二酸化ケイ素、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、カオリン、タルク、珪藻土、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、前記顆粒酵素製剤。
- 酵素が75℃で少なくとも63%の活性を保持するような、酵素顆粒を流動層で製造するための方法であって、
(a) 乾燥した担体を流動層造粒機に加えること;
(b) 一次酵素溶液を乾燥した担体に添加すること;ならびに
(c) (a)および(b)を組み合せて得られたものを、望ましい水分含量まで乾燥させること:
を含む、前記方法。 - (b)(i) 二次造粒溶液を(a)および(b)に加えること:をさらに追加して含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- (d) 乾燥後に流動性補助剤を流動層乾燥機または乾式混合機に添加すること、をさらに追加して含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 二次造粒溶液が流動性補助剤をさらに追加して含んでいる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 酵素が、フィターゼ、セルラーゼ、ラクターゼ、リパーゼ、プロテアーゼ、カタラーゼ、キシラナーゼ、β-グルカナーゼ、マンナーゼ、アミラーゼ、アミダーゼ、エポキシドヒドロラーゼ、エステラーゼ、ホスホリパーゼ、トランスアミナーゼ、アミンオキシダーゼ、セロビオヒドロラーゼ、アンモニアリアーゼ、およびそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる一群から選択される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 望ましい水分含量が約3%から約10%の間である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- フィターゼが、
(a) 80℃で少なくとも63%の活性;
(b) 85℃で少なくとも58%の活性;
(c) 88℃で少なくとも43%の活性;
(d) 90℃で少なくとも27%の活性;ならびに
(e) 93℃で少なくとも6%の活性:
を含む、一定温度で一定の活性を保持する、フィターゼのための製剤。
