Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto representado por la fórmula general (1), en la cual Q representa CH₂ o NH; el Anillo A representa la fórmula (2) ó (3), en la cual A¹ representa N ó CR¹; R¹ representa un átomo de halógeno, grupo ciano, grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ ó grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ y el grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; R¹ puede ser un átomo de hidrógeno cuando A² y/o A³ son N; A² representa N ó CR²; R² representa un átomo de hidrógeno, átomo de halógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ ó grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ y el grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; A³ representa N ó CR³; R³ representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ ó un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ y el grupo alcoxi C₁₋₃ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; y R⁴ representa un grupo alquil C₁₋₆sulfonilo, grupo alquil C₁₋₆sulfanilo, grupo alquil C₁₋₆sulfinilo, grupo cicloalquil C₃₋₈sulfonilo, grupo cicloalquil C₃₋₈sulfanilo, grupo cicloalquil C₃₋₈sulfinilo, grupo aril C₆₋₁₀sulfonilo, grupo aril C₆₋₁₀sulfanilo o grupo aril C₆₋₁₀sulfinilo; y el Anillo B representa cualquiera de las fórmulas (4) a (10), en las cuales B¹ representa N ó CH; B² representa N ó CR⁵; R⁵ representa un átomo de halógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, grupo alquenilo C₂₋₆, grupo ciano, grupo nitro, grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, anillo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó grupo alquil C₁₋₆sulfanilo, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, grupo alquenilo C₂₋₆ ó grupo alquil C₁₋₆sulfanilo puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; B³ representa N ó CR⁶; B⁶ representa O, S ó NR⁶; R⁶ representa un átomo de hidrógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₃ sustituido opcionalmente con un grupo hidroxilo, átomo de halógeno, grupo amino, grupo OCOCH₃ ó grupo representado por la formula (i): ·--X--Y--Z, en el cual en la fórmula (i), X representa -(CH₂)ₙ-, -NH- ó -O-; Y representa un grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, anillo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros, heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros ó -(NH(CH₂)q)ʳ-, en el cual el grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, anillo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 grupos alquilo C₁₋₆; Z representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, óxido de dimetilamina, -(CH₂)ₘNRᵃRᵇ, -NRⁱCOCH₂Rᶜ, -(CH₂)ₘNRⁱCORᶜ, -(CH₂)ₘORᵈ, -(CH₂)ₘCORᵉ, -(CH₂)ₘNRʲSO₂Rᵏ, -(CH₂)ₘSO₂Rᵏ, -(CH₂)ₘCONRˡRᵐ, grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros ó heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros, en el cual el heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros o heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 grupos alquilo C₁₋₆; n representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; m representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; q representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; r representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; Rᵃ y Rᵇ son idénticos o diferentes, cada uno representa un átomo de hidrógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alquinilo C₂₋₆, grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó -SO₂CH₃, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó grupo alquinilo C₂₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno, grupos hidroxilo, grupos C₁₋₆ alcoxi, grupos amino, -CONH₂, mono-alquil C₁₋₆amino, di-alquil C₁₋₆amino, grupos ciano, OCH₂Ph y/o heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros; Rᶜ representa un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈, grupo hidroxilo, grupo ciano, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros, heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros ó grupo amino, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido por separado con 1 a 3 grupos hidroxilo, amino, mono-alquil C₁₋₆amino y/o di-alquil C₁₋₆amino; Rᵈ representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 3 grupos hidroxilo y/o amino; Rᵉ representa un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo hidroxilo, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 3 grupos hidroxilo y/o amino; Rⁱ representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; Rʲ representa un átomo de hidrógeno ó grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; Rᵏ representa un átomo de hidrógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo amino, grupo mono-alquil C₁₋₆amino ó grupo di-alquil C₁₋₆amino, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 3 hidroxilo, amino, mono-alquil C₁₋₆amino y/o di-alquil C₁₋₆amino; y Rˡ y Rᵐ son idénticos o diferentes, cada uno representa un átomo de hidrógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ ó heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido por separado con 1 a 3 amino, mono-alquil C₁₋₆amino y/o di-alquil C₁₋₆amino; B⁴ representa N ó CR⁷; R⁷ representa un átomo de hidrógeno, átomo de halógeno, grupo ciano, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, grupo alquenilo C₂₋₆ ó grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈ (en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, grupo alquenilo C₂₋₆ ó grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₈ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno) ó a grupo representado por la fórmula (ii): ·--X²--Y²--Z², en el cual X² representa -(CH₂)ₚ-; p representa 0, 1, 2 ó 3; Y² representa un anillo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, en el cual el anillo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 grupos alquilo C₁₋₆; Z² representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, grupo hidroxilo, -NRᶠRᵍ, heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros ó heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno y el heterociclo de 3 a 12 miembros o heterociclo aromático de 4 a 10 miembros puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 grupos alquilo C₁₋₆; y Rᶠ y Rᵍ son idénticos o diferentes, cada uno representa un átomo de hidrógeno, grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, -COCH₃ ó - SO₂CH₃; B⁵ representa N ó CR⁸; y R⁸ representa un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ ó átomo de halógeno, en el cual el grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ puede ser sustituido con 1 a 5 átomos de halógeno; o una sal del mismo aceptable farmacéuticamente.
