Abstract
Métodos para modular la expresión del gen objetivo en plantas al expresar un precursor microARN recombinante. También el uso de dichos precursores microARN recombinantes para el control de nemátodos, en particular el control de nemátodos de quiste en soja. Además la introducción de material genético en plantas que son susceptibles a los nemátodos a fin de aumentar la resistencia a los nemátodos.Reivindicación 1: Una molécula aislada de ácido nucleico que comprende una molécula de ácido nucleico comprendido en el grupo que consiste en i) una molécula de ácido nucleico representado por SEQ ID Nº 1 y ii) una molécula de ácido nucleico con al menos 100 pares de base consecutivos de una secuencia descrita por SEQ ID Nº 1 y iii) una molécula de ácido nucleico con una identidad de al menos 70% sobre una secuencia de al menos 100 pares de bases consecutivos de ácidos nucleicos con una secuencia descrita SEQ ID Nº 1 y iv) una molécula de ácido nucleico con al menos 100 pb que hibridan en condiciones rigurosas con una molécula de ácido nucleico con al menos 100 pares de bases consecutivos de una molécula de ácido nucleico descrita por cualquiera de SEQ ID Nº 1 y v) una molécula de ácido nucleico capaz de formar una estructura secundaria homóloga a la estructura secundaria formada por SEQ ID Nº 1, vi) el complemento de cualquiera de las secuencias como se definen en i) a v).
