Abstract

La solicitud refiere a un procedimiento para fabricar una lámina de acero galvanizada o galvanizada y recocida por inmersion en caliente que tiene una microestructura TRIP, dicho procedimiento comprende las etapas que consisten en: proporcionar una lámina de acero cuya composicion comprende, en peso: 0,01<= C <= 0,22%, 0,50 <= Mn <= 2,0%, 0,2 <= Si <= 2,0%, 0,005 <= Al <= 2,0%, Mo < 1,0%, Cr <= 1,0%, P < 0,02%, Ti <= 0,20%, V <= 0,40%, Ni <= 1,0%, Nb <= 0,20%, el resto de la composicion está compuesta por hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la fusion, oxidar dicha lámina de acero en un horno de fuego directo donde la atmosfera comprende aire y combustible con una relacion aire-combustible que oscila entre 0,80 y 0,95, de modo tal que se forma una capa de oxido de hierro que tiene un espesor que oscila entre 0,05 y 0,2 micrometros sobre la superficie de la lámina de acero, y se forma un oxido interno de Si y/o Mn y/o Al, reducir dicha lámina de acero oxidada a una velocidad de reduccion de 0,001 a 0,010 micrometros/s a fin de reducir por completo la capa de oxido de hierro, galvanizar por inmersion en caliente dicha lámina de acero reducida para formar una lámina de acero con recubrimiento de zinc, y opcionalmente, someter dicha lámina de acero con recubrimiento a base de zinc a un tratamiento de aleacion para formar una lámina de acero galvanizada y recocida.
