Abstract
La presente se refiere a una lámina de acero galvanizada o galvanizada y recocida por inmersion en caliente, donde la composicion de la lámina de acero comprende, en peso: 0,01<= C <= 0,22%, 0,50 <= Mn <= 2,0%, 0,2 <= Si <= 3,0%, 0,005 <= Al <= 2,0%, Mo < 1,0%, Cr <= 1,0%, P < 0,02%, Ti <= 0,20%, V <= 0,40%, Ni <= 1,0%, Nb <= 0,20%, el resto de la composicion está compuesto por hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la fusion, y la lámina de acero comprende una capa de un nitruro interno de al menos un tipo de nitruro seleccionado entre el grupo compuesto por nitruro de Si, nitruro de Mn, nitruro de Al, nitruro complejo que comprende Si y Mn, o Al y Si, o Al y Mn, o nitruro complejo que comprende Si, Mn y Al, dicha lámina de acero no comprende otra capa externa de nitruro de hierro. Reivindicacion 6: Procedimiento para fabricar una lámina galvanizada o galvanizada y recocida por inmersion en caliente de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) someter una lámina de acero que tiene la composicion de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, a un recocido en un horno para formar una lámina de acero recocida, dicho horno comprende: una primera zona de calentamiento donde dicha lámina de acero es precalentada de temperatura ambiente hasta una temperatura de calentamiento T1, en una atmosfera sin nitruracion que tiene un punto de rocío inferior a -30°C, una segunda zona de calentamiento donde dicha lámina de acero precalentada se calienta de dicha temperatura de calentamiento T1 hasta una temperatura de calentamiento T2, en una atmosfera con nitruracion que tiene un punto de rocío que oscila entre -30°C y -10°C, una tercera zona de calentamiento donde dicha lámina de acero precalentada se calienta de dicha temperatura de calentamiento T2 a una temperatura de inmersion T3, en una atmosfera sin nitruracion que tiene un punto de rocío inferior a -30°C, una zona de inmersion donde dicha lámina de acero calentada se sumerge a dicha temperatura de inmersion T3 durante un tiempo t3, en una atmosfera sin nitruracion que tien un punto de rocío inferior a -30°C, y una zona de enfriamiento donde dicha lámina de acero es enfriada de la temperatura de inmersion T3 a una temperatura T4, en una atmosfera sin nitruracion que tiene un punto de rocío inferior a -30°C, b) galvanizar por inmersion en caliente dicha lámina de acero recocida para formar una lámina de acero con recubrimiento de zinc, y c) opcionalmente, someter dicha lámina de acero con recubrimiento de zinc a un tratamiento de aleacion para formar una lámina de acero galvanizada y recocida.
